I work with young people, adolescents, adults, couples and families who are struggling with emotional or behavioural issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, grief, emotion dysregulation, substance abuse, trauma or relationship difficulties.

I also work with people who, though not struggling with distress, seek personal, professional or executive coaching to accelerate the development of a richer, more balanced and more meaningful life.
